Holla! I'm no ordinary doula. I am Jess, your intuitive guide Birth Doula, your number one fan and your very own pregnancy womb to world spiritual mentor and birth Bestie!
A passionate human and Mother to four beautiful babies, nestled in nature at the base of the Dandenong Ranges. Taking guidance from my own stories and having felt the trauma in the loss of my first daughter, who was born sleeping. I wanted more for myself. I wanted more from the universe and I wanted more for my subsequent births. I needed to show up for myself and my babies. And in my final birth I gave myself the powerful and spiritual birth I had long dreamt of. I gave myself permission to be a self-empowered goddess and trusted my instincts, listened to my body and had the most incredible, magical, healing birth (I have shared the video of my son’s birth on my social media). And I want this for you. I am devoted to spending this and many other moments connecting with you, and connecting you to your magical birthing experience or reconnecting to your inner goddess. I will be your advocate, giving you a support voice that will ring loud, clear and true. I am warrior for your inner intentions, advocating to those around you.
You will have the full use of all of my services including but not limited to reiki healer, intuitive, nurturing birth doula, sound healing, massage therapist, and a women circle facilitator, along with trusted resources. I will always bring my passion, and serve you from head to toe walking this path beside you with accountability and honor. With my full devotion I will pull from all of my experience to give you the positive energy filled journey you deserve.
It's not just about birth affirmations.
I'm all for hip squeezes because my golly they work, but let's dig deep to a place long forgotten or never touched. As your doula you will get long term, in depth support and guidance. I’m ready to spoil and love you, nothing is off limits. We will celebrate and open up to the full circle journey and all that it means to be a Woman. I will give you all of me plus a little extra magic, why? Because I want to be for you what I needed when I stood where you stand. I have been where you are now. I have felt the exhaustion and isolation.
Imagine knowing that in these times all you need to do is pick up the phone. Any time of day or night, I commit my power and knowledge to guide you through the darkness and into the light. I will hold your hand, comfort your body, ignite your passion and fill your soul as we walk through the highs and lows. Breathing in the self-love and exhaling the self-doubt.
No matter how you choose to live you journey, I will show your choices the respect they deserve with no judgement or discrimination present in my field.

* Can you have more then one person at your birth?
This question is asked often from clients, the short answer is - every hospital is now going by their own set of policies.
I encourage you as a sovereign being to advocate and demand to have your support person-doula present, in writing as well as word. The current non evidence based policies are in reflection to have this revoked.

A Mother’s Blessing is very different to a traditional baby shower. It focuses on the mama and giving her love, strength, support and encouragement as she embarks on this special journey. Rather than a traditional baby shower that focuses on the baby, presents for the baby, playing games and drinking champagne in your honor, a Mother’s Blessing is very much about honoring the mama and holding space for her as she embarks on this rite of passage and transitions from maiden to mother. It is a pre-birth celebration, a ceremony where the mother’s soul sisters gather to support, empower and celebrate the mama in the lead up to birth and the early postpartum days of motherhood
Celebrating the Journey from Maiden to Mother with your sisterhood in pure love and honor with Ceremony Circle birth intention settings, fire ceremony, sound healing journey, crown making, cleansing of the feet ceremony with fresh roses, essential oil and homemade (by Jess herself) organic scrub with everything in-between, and complete bouch'e lush magic from head to toe, soul and energetic wisdom is awaiting..... I cannot say thank you enough to Jess for her support during my labour.
My fourth baby entered the world in her own glorious fashion which was not at all to plan.
Jess’s calm presence and reassurance was pivotal in keeping me calm throughout all the changes to my birth plan. She allowed me to accept that there are some things we cannot control and ensured that I still had the beautiful birth I had envisioned all be it different.
Jess knows her stuff and her passion for this industry is unlike no other.

His birth is one of the most beautiful memories I have and it wouldn’t be that way without you being a part of it
We had the lovely Jess with us for the birth of our rainbow baby. Going back into a labour room after the stillbirth of our first son, Frankie was scary to say the least and deciding to let someone into that sacred space was daunting, it needed to be the right person. The decision for my mum to be there along with Jess as our doula was one of the best decisions we made. Jess’s energy filled a void in the room, she was uplifting, attentive and an amazing support; not only for us but for my mum also. Jess in addition to a fantastic midwife made the experience of our second son being born one of the best days of our life. The room was filled with love, laughter and a sense of calm, and lots of happy tears.

Recently I gave birth to my beautiful son Jedidiah and without Jess I honestly don't know what I would have done. Jess helped me so much. I had an emergency caesarean which wasn't part of my birth plan, and Jess was my brain, literally. She has in tune, intuition and understands holistic aspects of what a mother needs to give me birth and beyond. She has become a dear friend and has one of the biggest hearts 💕 I've ever met.
